Dustin Bradley
At Bradley & Loggin, PLLC, Dustin primarily focuses his practice on personal injury and wrongful death cases involving medical negligence, motor vehicle accident and other instances where an individual has been injured or killed by someone else’s negligence or intentional actions. Dustin only represents clients that that have been injured or their loved ones killed by the negligence or intentional actions of others. Since founding Bradley & Loggin, PLLC, Dustin has recovered millions for clients involving claims related to medical negligence, trucking and motor vehicle collisions, motorcycle wrecks over, service of alcohol and dog attacks.
Eric Loggin
Eric has spent his entire career as a trial attorney having tried over 25 jury trials with wide-ranging issues. Most recently, the firm received a $17.5 million verdict in Oklahoma County on behalf of a client injured as a result of medical malpractice. He has worked with dozens of lawyers throughout Oklahoma and other parts of the country on developing successful litigation strategies to benefit the firm’s clients.

Kasey Suskey
Kasey graduated from Owasso High School before pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice at Tulsa Community College. She has over 17 years of experience in the legal field with the last 15 years as a paralegal focusing on plaintiff’s personal injury litigation. Kasey lives in Claremore with her husband and two kids.
